Hello! Sorry I haven’t put as much on here as i should have, its been a busy week or so! School and everything has been quite hectic, and just adjusting in general! the sun sets at about 4.45pm, so it feels like it’s about 8pm. Throws off your body clock! I went to munich on the weekend, which was awesome, its such a cool city. Went to the christmas market and saw lots of pretty lights, and then went to the wombats concert! It was incredibly awesome, danced and sang a lot and made some friends. This weekend there’s an exchange meet up in munich which will be good, so I’m looking forward to seeing my friends. Also, I drank glühwein and its really strong tasting stuff! Had to have some cake so i could drink it all.

Things are difficult but getting better, i was in class with some 11 year olds today, they were all so friendly and it was good to practise my german on a slightly less nerve-wracking audience! Actually quite proud, I managed to help teach maths to a little girl who didn’t understand, in german! Bit of an acheivement i think.

Anyway, going to the ‘diskotek’ this friday night with some australians, will be good! But i have to try and wake up in time to go to munich so that could be difficult. Anyway, more later! xx

Hello! This is my new travel blog to update family, friends, and randoms on my adventures in Germany :)

I leave tomorrow night for a 10 week exchange to Bavaria, and i’m both excited and nervous! I’ll be attending school, and “living the normal life” of a german teenager. I’m going to be there over winter and am hoping to have a white christmas, which will definately be a new experience.

I’ll be posting photos, experiences i’ve had, updates on what i’ve been doing and maybe some videos.
